This tool serves as a central repository of information related to all activities under the OVC human trafficking grant initiative and enables OVC grantees to organize, standardize, and centralize data collection efforts on a wide variety of core performance measures. Access to TIMS TIMS is a confidential database and only available to OVC Human Trafficking Grantees. If you are a new user, you can create a username here . OVC TTAC will email the point of contact at the grantee organization to verify your access to the TIMS database. TIMS Data Database information is confidential to the Office for Victims of Crime and grantees. TIMS data are shared with the field in the State Department Trafficking in Persons Report and the Attorney General’s Trafficking in Persons Report .
